Books:
If unsatisfied, may return within 30 days for refund in perfect condition. No refunds after 30 days.
Customer will be refunded the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping and handling costs.
CDs/Videos/Audios:
100% Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. If any CD, video or audio becomes damaged for any reason,
return for a free replacement!
Like any other CD retailer, we are aware of the prevalent problem of media piracy. In order to protect
copyrighted materials, no CDs, audios or videos may be returned for refund for content purposes. No
exceptions can be made.
If a return for a valid reason is requested (wrong program sent, damaged program received, incorrect
quantity of an item), then a return authorization must be issued before shipping the item back for a
replacement. You can request a return authorization by email at vince@vinceharris.com or by phone at
660-204-4088. You will be given a return authorization number and instructions for returning your
